Shipping & Timing

At Koby Feldmos Fine Art, we take great pride in creating unique and beautiful paintings for our customers. Each painting is made to order, with very thick oil paint layers that require a drying time of approximately 3 weeks.

Here’s how the shipping and timing process works:

1. Order Confirmation: Once you place an order for a painting from our shop, we will send you an email confirmation within 24 hours.
   
   
2. Reference Photo: Within 14 days, we will send you a photo of the painting for your reference and approval. If any fixes need to be made, we will make them in this stage.
   
   
3. Drying Time: After approval, the painting will need to dry for approximately 14 more days. This is to ensure that the painting is completely dry and ready for shipping.
   
   
4. Shipping: Once the painting is dry and ready, we will carefully package it in a special secured shipping packaging and ship it to you. We use EMS (Express mail service) for shipping, and all packages are insured against damage.
   
   
5. Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your painting has been shipped. You can track your painting on our website.
   
   

Shipping Time Table:

• US shipping time is 6-8 days
• Europe shipping time is 4-6 days
• Canada shipping time is 6-8 days
• Australia shipping time is 10-12 days
• East Asia shipping time is 4-5 days
• South America shipping time is 10-12 days

If you need your artwork to arrive by a specific date, such as for a birthday, housewarming, office opening, or other special event, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Express Shipping:

We also offer express shipping with an extra charge for customers who need their artwork delivered within 1-2 days. If you require express shipping, please contact us and we’ll provide you with a quote.
