Return and Exchange Policy

At Koby Feldmos Fine Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund and a 7-day cancellation policy.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the painting within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the painting back to Koby Feldmos Fine Art in Israel. The painting must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 7 days of the purchase date. To cancel your order, please contact Koby Feldmos Fine Art as soon as possible.

Damaged Paintings

If you receive a damaged painting, please contact Koby Feldmos Fine Art within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will cover the cost of shipping the painting back to us in Israel and either provide a full refund or a new painting, depending on your preference.

Please note that this policy only applies to damaged paintings. If you are returning a painting for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the painting back to us.
